Spot the friction

We work closely with TMP's finance and accounting teams. When we see the same repetitive task appear week after week, we pay attention.

02 — IDENTIFY
Define the real problem

Before building anything, we get specific. What exactly is being done manually? How often? What does it cost in time and errors?

03 — BUILD
Build the simplest fix

No over-engineering. We build the smallest tool that genuinely removes the problem — reliable, repeatable, and easy to use without a manual.

04 — RELEASE
Put it to work

We release it inside TMP first. If it holds up in real use, it moves into Aksera — our product line for finance and accounting tools.
