1. Who we are

TMP Consulting (“we”, “us”) is a business consulting firm at Komplek Golden Fatmawati, Jl. RS. Fatmawati Raya No.15 Blok G27-28, RT.8/RW.6, Gandaria Sel., Kec. Cilandak, Kota Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12420. This policy explains how we handle personal data that you send us through tmpconsulting.id (the “website”). We handle personal data in line with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and other applicable Indonesian regulations.

For any question about this policy or your data, email contact@tmpcorp.co.id. For job applications, you can also email recruitment@tmpcorp.co.id.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the website: the contact form, the job application form and visits to our pages. It does not cover:

  • Information you share with us as a client during an engagement. That is handled under your engagement agreement and our duty of confidentiality.
  • Conversations on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or other platforms. Those platforms also apply their own privacy policies.

3. What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
  • Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, location, message and CV, including whatever you choose to put in your CV.
  • Technical data: when you visit, your browser sends information such as your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you open. We use this to run and protect the website. See also section 9 on cookies.

We do not ask for specific (sensitive) personal data such as health, religion, biometric or financial account details. Please leave these out of your CV and messages unless a role clearly asks for them.

4. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. This is a step you request before a possible contract.
  • To assess your job application and contact you about it. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the application form.
  • To keep the website secure and block spam and abuse. This is our legitimate interest.
  • To measure whether our online advertising works. This is our legitimate interest, and you can block it (section 9).
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means only.

5. Who receives it

  • Our team: only the people who need it. Enquiries go to our client team; applications go to our HR team.
  • Service providers working for us: Cloudflare (website hosting, storage of form submissions and delivery of notification emails) and Google (Google Workspace email, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads measurement). They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities: when the law requires it.

Our providers may store or process data on servers outside Indonesia. We only use providers that protect personal data to a standard at least equal to what UU PDP requires, or that commit to such protection by contract.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: up to 2 years after you send them. If you become a client, your engagement agreement applies from then on.
  • Job applications: up to 2 years after you apply, so we can also consider you for later openings. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employee file.

The website deletes form submissions automatically after 2 years. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

7. How we protect it

The website only accepts encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Submissions and CVs can only be opened by authorised staff with a personal access key. We limit access inside our team to the people who need it.

No system on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the relevant authority as required by law.

8. Your rights

Under UU PDP you may:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
  • ask us to correct or complete it;
  • ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent;
  • ask us to pause or limit how we use it, or object to its use;
  • receive your data in a common format to give to another party;
  • complain to the authority responsible for personal data protection.

Email contact@tmpcorp.co.id (or recruitment@tmpcorp.co.id for applications). We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time required by law. If you withdraw consent for a job application, we will stop considering that application; this does not affect what we did before.

9. Cookies and similar tools

The website does not need cookies to work. To measure our advertising, we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Ads conversion measurement, which may set cookies in your browser, for example to tell us that a visit or a WhatsApp click came from one of our ads. Google handles this data under its own policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website keeps working if you do.

10. Children

The website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us any personal data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a significant change, we will show it clearly on the website.

12. Law and language

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. It is published in Indonesian and English; if the two versions differ, the Indonesian version applies.
